Membership Fees
Membership fee…$40 per dancer or $60 per family with multiple dancers. (Siblings)
Note: Membership fees are due annually, Paid at the time that you register for our Fall Session
*All paid fees are non-Refundable.
Monthly Fees
30-Minute Class… $53Month + Tax
45-Minute Class… $58/Month + Tax
1-Hour Class & Cheer Classes… $63/Month + Tax
The Credit Card information you enter will be used for the initial payment as well as used for an automatic monthly fee on the 1st. of each month
*All paid fees are non-Refundable.
Yearly Fees
If you choose to pay the lump sum which includes Membership Fee, Lesson amount and Costume Fee at sign up.. Please make note of this in the Comments section of the form
*You will receive 5% off your lesson amount if you pay the lump sum

Costume Payment
COSTUME PAYMENTS ARE AS FOLLOWS…
CHRISTMAS SHOW COSTUMES.. ALL DANCERS WILL WEAR THE REQUIRED DRESS CODE THAT WE WEAR TO CLASS.
*NO COSTUME FEE FOR CHRISTMAS SHOW!
YEAR-END SHOW COSTUMES.. $130 +Tax (June Show) *$50+tax paid at sign up… Balance is due Feb. 16th.
Payment will be automatically withdrawn on February 16th, 2024 (Applies to all Dance Starz Programs)

Discounts
Sibling discount.. If your Brother or Sister take a dance class as well you will receive 5% discount off of lessons.
*Discount applies to the lower lesson amount. (Discount is on Lessons only)
Multi Class Discount.. If you participate in more then one class, You will receive 5% off of your extra class(es).
Note: Only one of these discounts will apply.
Referals
We are pleased to offer a 2023-24 referral program for families who support our studio by referring new students.
When you refer a new student to Pure Energy Performance Inc…(First time registered at Pure Energy)
*You will receive a $20.00 credit for the first family to put towards your account & *$10 credit for each additional new family.
If you choose to remove yourself or your child from Pure Energy Performance Inc. or if we at Pure Energy Performance Inc. ask you or your child to no longer be a part of our Programs or In the event that Pure Energy Performance Inc. is shut down for any reason, (Ie: Pandemic, Outbreak etc..) all automatic payments will be stopped moving forward from this date and any outstanding payments must be paid within 7 days of this date. All payments you have made on or before this withdrawal/termination/Interruption date are Non-Refundable/Non-Transferrable. If you have paid the season in full, Any unused amount will be applied as a credit towards any future classes you may register for at Pure Energy Performance Inc.
What will you pay at sign up, when you register for any Dance Starz Class?
Membership fee + Costume payment of $50+tax per class. *Payment will be processed through the payment method you set up during registration.
Note: Monthly lesson fees will be paid on the first of each month automatically through the payment method that you set up when you register. *Balance of Costume is due no later than Feb. 16th. 2024
*Make note in the Comments section if you want to pay the lump sum amount for everything
